We accept most major credit and debit card payments, but unfortunately we’re unable to accept PayPal or American Express.

We offer a wide range of wallpapers, fabrics, paints and decorating supplies from many companies, and it is possible for us to sometimes find certain products have been discontinued and become unavailable to us without warning. On occasion they may even still show as available on our website. In the event of an order being placed for one of these items, we will immediately contact you to let you know and offer a full refund or the option to reselect.

All goods are supplied on the express conditions that the suppliers liability for any fault or defect therein, or claim in connection therewith, is limited to a sum not exceeding the purchase price.


Paint:

Please note that paint colour charts and  are only intended as a guide, and small variations are possible. 

Personalised products such as paint tinted to a chosen colour are unable to be returned should you change your mind on the colour or product.


Wallpaper:

We do our best to ensure all the representations shown of wallpapers are as close to true colours as is reasonably possible, but all screens can alter colours from how they appear to the eye. We would strongly recommend contacting us for a free sample to ensure the colour is accurate.

Should you require additional rolls of wallpaper we will always do our best to ensure these are of the batch previously received. However, this is not always possible and it subject to the stock available from suppliers. Please try to ensure you have enough rolls to complete the job when placing your order. 

Always read the manufacturers hanging instructions before commencing.

We advise each wallpaper roll is inspected before hanging, as it is not always possible to refund an order due to faults, or account for decorating costs, if the goods are not inspected properly prior to hanging.

Please ensure when hanging the wallpaper you stop after 3 lengths to check for defects. In the event of any fault being found, please contact us and be sure to keep all wallpaper labels and a large sample showing the defect, as these will be required for refunds in most cases.


Fabric:

Any orders for fabric are cut specifically to order and as such we are unable to accept returns should you change your mind. Please contact us for a free sample if you would like to be sure of the true colour and feel of a fabric before ordering.
